Good Points

They were initially very helpful


Bad Points

I was disconnected when returning a handset that was not suitable. My line should never have been disconnected, It took two weeks to be reconnected the first time, using my old handset after topping up what they said was owing on numerous occasions. I have a direct debit but that did not seem to matter. The network provider and CPW were both blaming each other, no one taking the blame and no one apologising for the inconvenience caused. All sorts of things went wrong. I phoned every day and sat on the phone for hours being transferred from one person to another. I was disconnected again at a very crucial moment and feel very unsatisfied with the service they provide. It took a month for me to be free of being disconnected periodically.


General Comments

The Carphone Warehouse Fresh Freedom service is not good and I don't have a signal at home in Chessington not that far out of London.
