Good Points

It's now fixed.


Bad Points

After 5 months of haggling, argueing and feeling really frustrated. A Beko technician came out to my machine. It is now fixed but I feel as though I need to use it through the summer in case anything goes wrong with it, whilst it is standing.


General Comments

Once the actual Beko technician came out to my machine I felt as though I was going to get somewhere. He did a thorough check on the machine found a couple of things wrong and also the wrong PCB had been fitted. He ordered the part returned on a day convenient to me and fitted it. Guess what, low and behold the machine works. I put it on synthetics ready to wear and the clothes were ready to wear. I then tried it on cotton extra dry and that worked too, and it only took 45 minutes to dry them. After 6 so called engineers couldn't fix my machine I was really getting frustrated. All it took was for someone to take some time and actually check everything. The technician was helpful and thorough he is also going to extend my guarantee for 6 months as I haven't had use of the machine for that time.
