The Nerf N-Strike Longshot CS-6 blaster is a lot of fun for the older kids, but don't expect any acclamations from small children or nerfers who modify their blasters. It is quite cumbersome for smaller kids to use due to its size. The Longshot is a really cool blaster for older kids. It is the farthest shooting dart blaster on the market right now, which makes it even more fun for the kids. For those who enjoy modifying blasters, it is one that is quite complex and can be difficult to modify.

I have two sons (ages 6 and 10) and they already have the Nerf N-Strike that has the rocket launcher as well as a couple of pistols and a Gatlin style machine gun and they all are awesome!
