This is my first time to travel on this airlines due to the fact that Singapore airlines does not offer the route i want to travel. The online booking system is terrible. It is nowhere compared with Singapore or Malaysia airlines. I change my travel date and i have to call up the eticket center twice in Hongkong in order to make the customer service officers understand my plan and travel date. The worst thing i have ever experienced with these officers is that when i asked when i can see the changes reflect on my eticket in my online booking account. This is when you make an online booking you have to register an account with them on the website. The officers have no idea what i am talking about. Then i realise that either they are not trained or they have short memory. Either one of them i would never recommend anyone to fly this airlines.
I would not fly this airlines if I had other options
