Cheap.
Poor service.
It seems to me that they are unhelpful in my experience as I feel I have wasted my time. I've got two houses so I explained that I don't have migration code for the second house. customer service told me that they contacted with BT and reset migration code on my number. they promised connection after 5-10 working days. after a week I received the message from O2 that i need to provide the migration code in order to get connection setup. I called again and the story goes from beginning. explained, waited, listen to their promises to get connection setup after another 5-10 working days. waited a week and again the same message requesting migration code. after i called the third time they told me that is the BT line problem not theirs and asked me to call to BT and solve it. called to BT no problems found on the line. called back told that i didn't provide migration code and the story from the beginning.
I decided to cancel a service which was never provided: one month and no service is just waste of time.
