General Comments

Truprint www.truprint.co.uk - once you email customer service you get an email reply the next day to say they have passed your query on to the relevant department, then you never here nothing! this has happened to me twice now. I order a photo gift teddy and its been over 2 weeks now and it still hasn't arrived,
I have asked for a refund but still awaiting a reply after over a week, oh i had the replay to say they have got the message, wow brilliant stuff not. I will not be using this company again Usually good for prints used them in the past, maybe they should stick what there good at.
