General Comments

I will never shop in this store again, bought a ring for my wife 3 months ago and after 3 replacements I have had to return it again and have demanded a full refund, which they have agreed to.
I bought it for £1000 only to find 1 week later it is in the window for £500 when I asked about this the staff said they 'were just moving the display round' and the ring was priced as I bought it. Following this I did some digging and found this was not the case, went back and raised hell, was informed that previous staff no longer worked there and I would be recompensed. To be fair the new manager was much more efficient however I thought the product was still terrible.
