Good Points

Easily able to get through to person for order.


Bad Points

I found it hard to contact customer services and sometimes they did not call back when asked.
I was unable to obtain a tracking number.


General Comments

Ordered item and spoke with person with commitment it would be delivered next day and it never arrived. On calling customer services I asked for my order and tracking number and the member of staff told me they don't supply it to customers. The only paperwork is supposed to come with the delivery but I have not yet received it. I will not shop here again.
