Good Points

Excellent childrenswear department, clothes just wash and wash and wash!! Probably the best range of clothing for boys ever! Shoes in 1/2 sizes. A nice range of workwear at affordable prices. Bedding is an excellent buy which is beautifully designed, particuarlly the kids.


Bad Points

Sale days... I know the staff do their best but it's complete chaos!
How come a pair of jeans in a womens size 12 are the same price as a 3 year old boys!!


General Comments

I love Next, apart from the above two bad points! The quality of the clothing is fantastic, especially jeans/childrenswear and school uniform which will be grown out of quicker than it wears out!
They do sometimes seem to be a little behind the times and could maybe have a slightly younger feel to some of the designs.
I used to work there and above all Next do put customer service first...you will always get a refund or exchange! The directory offers a good service too and I like the fact you can order and have your items delivered or returned through the store.
Next is probably the best high street store for childrenswear because it really is long lasting.
