Excellent texture and flavor. Crumbly rather than crispy but it doesn't crumble all over you. Just the right amount of sweetness (not too much), oatiness (adds texture without pastiness), and butteriness. Tastes like a home-made cookie, if slightly more refined and perfectly formed. Only 65 calories per cookie and very satisfying. Would be perfect with tea. The honey flavor is subtle but definitely discernible.
None really, except that they are addictive and I could eat lots of them.
If you like shortbread cookies, try these for a slight change of pace. I picked them up at Starbucks near the cash register. I'll definitely look for them at the supermarket.
