Tried to book online a hotel but when I clicked on the pay button a message came up 'Sorry your request cannot be processed at this time' I rang customer services they told me to keep trying, I did but still nothing so tried to book on the telephone but my card failed! I rang my bank in which they informed me Thomson had taken all my money out of my account leaving me overdrawn, four payments of £473 and still I had no holiday, no email or confirmation from Thomson or any online message saying any of these payments had been taken from my account. It is now 2 weeks later after 7 hours of telephone calls I now have my money back but still no holiday bearing in mind my friend booked the hotel we chose and now it is fully booked and I cant get in even though the cost of the hotel was £473 and Thomson took four amounts of £473 from my bank when the hotel was available. But still no holiday! To make matters worse after writing to Thomson Concerns and Errors dept I telephoned them today (got through after 3hours) Customers Services are a joke in my opinion! I book several holidays a year with Holiday Rooms Direct with no problems whatsoever but made a big mistake and this time tried to book through the worst possible travel agency Thomson Holidays.....I would Stay clear!
