I felt they did not recognise my customer loyalty, not even where the customer has a flawless payment history.
I had a dispute with Carphone Warehouse over a monthly bill. They advised me to stop the Direct Debit for that month. Two days later there was a bar on my phone leaving me in a real pickle. The Customer Service advisor did not inform me that a bar could be put on the number and the complaint continued to spiral. How I wish I'd have gone to a truly appreciative and reliable provider. Don't get involved with them. I think this telephone communications company, apparently, has no telephone connections to their high level complaints department and have not got the technology installed in their finance teams office to return calls as of yet!
