Same, same, same. Tickets bought in December for Springsteen gig in May, tickets never received. I did query in December where they were, and received an e-mail that they would be released two weeks before event. Funnily enough they didn't come. Paypal - when I eventually got through to a Supervisor- have advised me to raise a dispute even though out of 45 day period, as if they get enough complaints on same merchant they may re-open claims, so do it now please everyone! Also have reported to police.
