Good Points
None for me.

Bad Points
Cancel part of the booking after holiday is paid in full - so not to have to give you a 100% refund.
Offer substandard accommodation as an alternative
Can't get through to operations - 1 girl answers the phone (sometimes) and email complaints.
Took over 3 weeks to refund money.

General Comments
We (party of 8) booked 16 weeks prior to our trip to Turkey. With 5 weeks to go and having paid the holiday in full we were advised that the flight had changed. Were offered an alternative flight but would drop our stay to 13 nights - no refund offered. They also had the audacity to tell us we had to check the hotel was available.
Bounced an email back asking them to check with the hotel - 48 hours later got a response asking for our booking reference, this was on the email sent to me.
Replied stating this and asking them to check the flight and hote - 48 hours later we were advised no hotel. We were then told to pick hotels and she would see if they were available.
In a fit of anger I called, held for 20 mins and eventually spoke to some female who was clearly war weary - read this site and you will see why!
Where we are now: Been offered hotels I do not like, said she would call but hasn't yet it seems. 4 weeks to go, no refund, no flight and £1500 out of pocket per couple.
As we are looking to book so close to departure the prices have gone up - even on OTBeach... I do not recommend this holiday site, they have no customer service, no interest in keeping your business as after all they have gained interest on you hard earned cash for weeks before changing your holiday.

We got through to Joey - if you have a problem hope that he picks up your email as he is very good. He sorted out our problems and we thought we were back on track, until..<br/>We got a letter at the weekend saying that Goldtrail were adding fuel surcharge and that OTB would be taking the money from our account - only one problem: Goldtrail cancelled our flight and we are flying with Thomas Cook.<br/>I suspect my email will be ignored, the money debited from our account and I'll spend the next 4 weeks trying to get it back.<br/>
