Good Points

Erm, can't think of any. Oh, the teddy itself is cute.

Bad Points

Technology is a let down, freezes and the files from the official site weren't accepted by the teddy. No response to first two emails, third one (all separate problems) I was offered a refund, then no response, then offered to download the files again, then when I demand a refund again no response. I am going to now tell everyone who will listen what a poor time ive had with this product

General Comments

Very unhappy. Customer service is a joke, technology is a joke, only good thing is the teddy itself. I will be amazed if I get the refund I demanded.
