Communication is the key, and once it was established, it was clear that the company do care a great deal about any dissatisfied customers.
Problems were encountered - however, what is important here is the way that they were dealt with when the company was made aware of them, and that in itself has got to be a good point, hasn't it?
I previously wrote a negative review of KBBC kitchens, yes. BUT, I wish to point out that unlike a lot of the horror stories you hear on here, my tale has a happy ending. If you are reading this when considering from whom to purchase a kitchen, consider this:- do you want a kitchen that will illicit gasps from your mates, one that you will never tire of looking at, and where the employees at the heart of the company responsible for it genuinely care about your satisfaction? Well, that's what I am the proud owner of.
To err is human, but to have those errors put right can say a lot about a company, please bear that in mind.
