General Comments
Delivery charge which is fixed can be expensive for cheaper items.
Email customer support failed to answer all of the emails I sent on a faulty product and this seems to be the norm according to their forum. They did agree to repair the product when I contacted them by phone but it wasn't easy to find the number.
Really need to improve their customer service if they want customers to buy with confidence.
