I have always found the technical support staff very helpful even when they could not help they put on a brave face and owned up.
I am sorry to be leaving them really am as they managed to give me a great service and I would have remained with them otherwise. Many problems although I do believe a lot of this was due to good reason, this could have been a great service but was let down from many sides.
