Inflexible, infuriating, reluctant to accommdate to the point I will say I have been going for years and will not be going back.
£5 deposit. I was told my 2 friends (a couple who have just had a new baby) who did not want to put down a deposit in case they had to back out could not be added on to the other 17 people who had paid deposits and if they did not attend deposit or not the group would be charged £10.
My friend argued with a waiter about a hair in her mushrooms. he said it was part of the mushrooms.
The food was not up to the standard I personally expected.
They would not deviate from the set party menu even with a couple of weeks notice - they dont have chocolate cake on the party menu and even though they had 3 weeks notice they would not accommodate even with a pre-order.
