I will never fly with this airline again! I don't care if the tickets are considerably cheaper than their competitors this airline is terrible. This past Feb. I flew from Shanghai to Amsterdam with a layover in Moscow. The flight attendants were very unfriendly. I had specifically asked for vegetarian meals, but they did not provide them. Aside from all this if you have a layover in Moscow, forget it. Moscow's airport is broke down. It is a small, dank, rundown poorly run facility. If you can avoid flying with this company, do yourself a favor.
