Good Points

The stateroom with balcony was great and the people who cleaned our room were absolutely great. The food at the Seven Seas and the Four Season was good most of the time but the menu was the same at both places.


Bad Points

The fact that we were unable to see the Sawyer Glacier as scheduled was a big let down. Staff at the restaurant push the sale of bottled water and liquor which gets to be too much. I feel like they are pushed to do that and have to ask you all the time. It would be pleasant to request bottled water if we want some and the same thing for wine, beer, soft drink or liquor.


General Comments

Although, I enjoyed my first cruise, I would have like to see more shows during the day. For example, when we were sailing all day, it would have been nice to catch a show in the afternoon or late in the morning. Bingo, yoga, spinning classes would be a plus if you did not have to pay extra money. Restaurants with a cover charge was a negative point for me. At the price, we pay for the cruise, a steak dinner, a seafood platter or an Italian fiesta would have been a plus. Paying for soft drinks, wine or beer is also very negative for me. I am used to an all inclusive holiday . . . and this includes everthing.
