We bought some stuff from littlewoods.com during Christmas (worth more than £400). Kept some stuff and returned the rest. After some time I checked my online account on littlewoods website and all the items returned were credited back to my account except for one item. Later on they also charged for another returned item without giving me any reason. Since then I have been calling them and each time I talk to them they say that they will resolve the issue but they haven't as of yet. All the items were carefully packed before sending and nothing was damaged or used. Those clothes just didn't fit or were of low quality that's why we sent them back. Long story short, thought it was a horrible experience.
I wont call them again because I don't have time but I wanted to post a review here so that others know how disappointed I was with their service.
