Bad Points
Freezer broke within the warranty - it was covered in ice, despite being frost free.
General Comments
Hotpoint come to fix my Hotpoint FFA47x Frost Free fridge freezer and told us not to use the top freezer container as this would cause the issue. We had to sit there with a hair dryer and defrost the freezer. Only a few months later, the same problem has happened again, despite us not using 1/3 of our freezer compartment. Now the freezer is out of warranty, so is useless!
