Good Points

It's a great design and I love the fact that it all gets neatly put together.


Bad Points

The way the hose is attached to the canister, it makes it hit walls and not easily come around corners. We've had it clog significantly twice and had to take it apart to get the suction back.


General Comments

Personally I hate this Dyson DC21, I think it's way over priced and over promised. It's not very helpful when you literally have to carry the canister around because it's easier than having it hook on corners and hit walls all the time. You only seem to get great suction when the power head is turned on, but if you turn it off for hardwood floors it barely picks up anything. The issue I've had is, if I want to pick up the dirt, I have to turn the power head on, but that marks my hardwood floors. I'm planning on returning it to the store.
