General Comments
I got my 2008 Kymco Xciting 500 two weeks ago from a gentleman who had put 1200 miles on it, but the bike was to heavy for him, he was shorter than I am. He dropped it twice at stop signs, because his feet did not touch the pavement. I an 5'11" and I have no problem. This bike (scooter) is fantastic. If I am riding alone or with my wife on the back, it handles just fine. We also have a Kymco Peoples 200 (163 cc's) for in town getting around, and it is also a Great scooter. Back to the 500, WHAT A FINE RIDE!! Nothing bad here!

on 21st Jul 2008i have a piaggio bv 250 and am looking at bigger. Feel the 250 is too light and wind resistance is a lot. otherwise i love it! Looking at a burgman 400 or kymco 500 xciting
sat on a 400 but not the kymco yet.
test drive both later
any perks anyone can give on either, your help is greatly appreciated on mileage, handling, etc.
