Staff in Buenos Aires are attentive and friendly
Bad Points
Disorganized flights, incompetent luggage handling, nonexistent or unhelpful customer service form what i saw
General Comments
Flew from Oregon through Mexico City to Buenos Aires. Flight from Oregon was canceled and had to go to the airport to get a new ticket, but counter was closed despite published open times. Our luggage was left behind in Mexico City. Return flight was canceled without us receiving any notification. Customer service cannot give information about reimbursement for delayed luggage.
Would not fly again - would pay significantly more and take more inconvenient travel times to avoid Mexicana.
