Every time I missed a payment, they charged me £12. However I have had a £1.90 credit on my account since 2006, of which I wrote to them cancelling my account and asked for the £1.90 to be sent to me by a cheque. I did not receive a reply from them and my account was kept open, with my credit still in it. I have wrote to them again, but I think it is wrong they can charge me when I do not give them my money, but I can't seem to get a response when they have mine.
