Great taste. I especially liked the hot and sour. Very low carbs, nets of 3 to 6. Quick to make and eat. All natural AND vegetarian
Bad Points
takes 5 minutes to re-hydrate. Need to stir alot to make sure its mixed up
General Comments
This Carbtastic Low Carb Soup is one of the best instant soups I have ever had. It is very low in calories and carbs, but high in taste. I do not know where it can be purchased here. I had some given to me while in Boston a few weeks ago. the web site off of the cup is fantasticfoods.com. I have not tried to order but am not sure if they will ship here.
