Hotel was clean. Majority of staff friendly and helpful. Food was of a good standard and the choice was good. Tip - buy drink before going into restaurant. 5 day bus ticket good value for travelling around island.
Bad Points
No Lightshades on Bedside Lights. Had to ask for towels on two days. Had to pay deposit for TV remote and Tea Tray. Balcony 7th floor not for people who do not like heights - open balcony affords no privacy. Rooms 'tired' need refurbishment. No option on seating in restaurant - seated under air conditioning that didn't work and away from pool view.
General Comments
Enjoyed holiday would but would not necessarily go back to Qawra Palace. Coffee shop was nice and shops were handy for newspapers and goods not overpriced.
