General Comments

I just recently moved from Switzerland to England and wanted to continue with La Redoute. I had ordered several times a catalogue with no success only to receive a letter today that my application (for a catalogue!) had be declined. Of course, no reasons given. Now, that is simply ridiculous and the worst from of customer service I have ever come across.

    but of course in uk the company has to rescore you. if you were accepted would have been good customer service
