General Comments

Placed an order (2-5 days delivery), emailed after a week to check it was dispatched. No response. Left it 2 days, rang left 3 messages. Finally they called back, had not dispatched item and would investigate and ring me back.
Emailed me to say my order had been cancelled and they would not be charging me as did not have item. Not impressed with service or communication.
