Well made-SOLID, accurate, nice looking.


Bad Points

Nothing bad - a little heavy, but I knew this going into the purchase.


General Comments

The RWS 52 gun is everything that I was looking for in an air rifle. I was hitting consistantly in a two inch target, at 10 meters, after a short while of tuning the open sights. For pellets, I found that the heavier pellets did provide me with more accurate groupings. I have had good luck with Beeman Silver Arrows and RWS super mags. Both are shooting fine. I have now purchased a BSA 2-7X32 scope and can't wait for the Michigan winter weather to break so I can really see what this gun can do. With the scope, and shooting at 10-15 meeters in the basement, I am finding a 1" target to be of little challange. I would say that I am shooting consistant groupings of <.250" by simply resting my arm on a chair back. I can only assume that the groupings would be even better with a better set up. I found my best deal on AGE in the RWS demo area. Can't come close to the price anywhere else. This is my first high power air rifle. I've got the bug and hope to get my wife into it too. Have FUN!
