Good Points
Cheap, easy to use website.

Bad Points
Just about everything else.

General Comments
I ordered my PC 14 days ago now (10 working days). I emailed them on the 7th working day because they hadn't even started testing it yet and they replied, saying that it would be despatched the next day. Anyway the next day comes and i was very pleased to see my order shoot through the stages, it gets to the final stage and i'm waiting for an update to say it's been despatched. Next email comes... back to level 2 testing! Monday now and haven't had an update all day.
