Ibiza airport - desk by the baggage collection. Friendly efficient staff, we'd asked for an estate car Peugot 307, they had allocated us a smaller car not big enough for our needs, were able to change it there and then (02.40am) to a Ford Focus estate. Car Park just outside the terminal building - found the car ourselves (numbered parking spot). Dropped off at same car park, checked by staff - as simple as that. Very good.
Great experience with AurigaCrown Car Hire. Would book direct next time, rather than going through a broker.
