Good Points

At first, great suction, good manouverability, easy to store. Very happy with performance until ...


Bad Points

Three weeks later and after light use the metal suction pipe broke away from the plastic handle causing me to cut my hand on the plastic in the process. I bought this from Comet and expected a replacement. No, they said it is the policy of LG to repair. So - off it went for repair (this could have been rectified by them just sending a replacement tube. On return, some 3 weeks later (after being told it would take a couple of days) it was returned with a squashed hose. Back it went again! I've had the vacuum back for 2 weeks, used it two or three times and one of the rollers off the carpet attachment has come off and the electrical wire won't stay pulled out and retracts all the time. Very disappointed as it's spent more time with Comet and the manufacturer than with me. I guess, all in all, I've used it about 10 times.


General Comments

Don't buy one.
