Good Points

The staff are wonderful, they go far and beyond the call of duty, espically the bar man. He sorted out a hotel/ airport transfer problem at 2am when he was got out of bed, and he was more than happy to sort it, when the rep couldnt be bothered - He is a star !


Bad Points

The kids entertainment was repetitive, and very short in the evening, and a bit late, it should of been for at least 1hour and not the same thing EVERY night !
Maybe have a disco on Saturday night when the late night transfers are, to keep adults and kids happy till the early hours, and a good ending to the holiday


General Comments

The hotel was very clean, the reception and bar staff wonderful, sorting out problems when the holiday rep wasn't around.
The pool a little cold, but it was early in the year ! But very well kept, and there was a life guard all day, BUT NO BALLS or INFLATABLES! - so don't go and buy any for the pool as we did !
The rooms basic, but comfortable, no kettles in the room though!
Very modern, and decorated to a high standard.
Food enjoyable, cakes for breakfast a little strange, (but when in Rome!)
We had a very late transfer both ways - its hard going with kids, so take plenty to keep them going till the early hours ! (colouring, cards etc)
We had a wonderful time.
