Customer Service.
I booked 2 flights to Thailand and as I'm a student I needed the cheapest available. Once i had saved enough to buy the tickets my girlfriend and i booked through their internet page and took particular care as we were spending so much money. I then received the e-ticket through email with the wrong return date on. I immediately called to be told this was my fault and I would have to pay £35 each to change the dates and whatever the difference was in price. I checked online and the flights were actually cheaper but Southall Travel said I could not have these flights and i must pay an extra £125 each!
I have now had to get a credit card to pay for this extra cost and I'm worried i may not have enough spending money. I also don't know if they've issued me with the correct dates and they haven't I'll have to pay to change them again!
