Overpriced, unfriendly, bad signing and information inside attraction
In my opinion a bad value for money, on a visit in June 2008 to coincide with the Rochester Dickens festival we visited the attraction. It was expensive, badly run, many of the venues attractions were inoperative including the main attraction the water ride. The staff were uninterested didn't attempt to portray any Dickensian characters although they were in costume.
