Good Points

Very nice basswood shells give the perfect balance between tone and resonance. The hardware is fairly good and is certainly fit for gigs. The kit comes in a variety of colour choices all of which look great. It also comes in a variety of size configurations, making it suitable for any musical situation.

Bad Points

Apart from the bass drum head, which is quite good, the batter heads are rubbish. They don't tune very easily and they aren't very durable. I've only had this kit two days and already the heads on the toms are pitted.

General Comments

Overall, very impressive. The kit looks and sounds gorgeous in any colour/configuration. The toms are crisp and resonant, the bass is deep and punchy and the snare sounds great any way you tune it. I'd recommend this kit to any intermediate drummer looking to upgrade from their £100 starter kits or anyone who is gigging on the road and needs a reliable kit. At around the £340 mark, this kit offers fantastic value for money.
