Leg room in Economy Plus
Flights rebooked without notification
some ground staff poor.
My flights were re-booked to the next day but I was not informed about that at check in, I first heard about when I came to the gate.
The ground staff was not willing to assist me, they told me there was no way to get me onto a flight the same day. I was not given any other information.
My luggage was sent to Chicago where I was supposed to connect and they told me there was no way to get it back or help me in any way, I was not even offered an overnight package with toothbrush etc.
