Good Points

The hotel is well laid from the reception area through to the accommodation and pool. As soon as we entered the hotel we were met by friendly staff who were all too willing to help, luggage was carried by staff to our room which was clean and functional with just about everything you could ask for. Although at first the hotel seems like quite a walk from the beach front you soon find that when the lights go down and the music goes up in the resort centre it is far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet.


Bad Points

Although we only stayed bed and breakfast it would have been nice to have a fridge in the room, however fresh bottled water was available from the pool bar. For me it would have been nice to rotate the foods served at breakfast.


General Comments

The hotel is excellent value for money and a great location, the whole resort is well laid out with everything close to hand. The staff at the restaurants and shops are all very helpful and will do everything they can to assist a customer which greatly benefits the elderly, those with children or anyone with mobility problems. The hotel provides safety deposit boxes for £1 per day which is very reasonable. All in all it made for an excellent holiday which was our first to Turkey and we would have no hesitation in going back to the Hotel Karbel Sun or Oludeniz.
