Overall Rating
- Value for money

Very scary if you imagine that this could happen in real life. Written from the first person perspective of a teenage girl very convincingly. Shows great respect for the abilities of teenagers, convincing moral arguments. Likeable characters.
Bad Points
If you don't like scary and tense books this is probably not for you. Otherwise can't find any bad points- it is very realistic. There are very few holes to be picked in it
General Comments
In John Marsden's Tommorow, When The War Began, a group of teenagers go camping in the australian bush and return to their homes to discover that they have been invaded, their parents held prisoner and a huge amount of land captured by the enemy. The teenagers reluctantly at first fight back, gaining confidence and expertise. Packed with adventure, beautiful scenery and realistic moral debate.
