Good Points

Friendly hotel, staff eager to help. Rooms cleaned every day so spotlessly clean. Short walk to absolutely everywhere in Es Cana.


Bad Points

Bar and entertainment area is not really somewhere to spend the evening as its not very pleasant and it is quite uncomfortably furnished although not shabby. Although many of the rooms as pleasantly located some have very poor balcony's outlooks


General Comments

Es Cana is a small resort in a natural bay and as such has a reasonably sized and sheltered beach, Ideal for the little ones. There are a few cheap and cheerful bars with nightly bingo and live music and even a night club open till 4am but there are also a few characterful bars and restaurants well worth spending a leisurely evening so the choice is yours. Es Cana also has its Blackpool element with a kiddies fairground by the town square and also a larger adult dodgems further down the beach.
Its a small place which relies on the sun shining so there is not much to do when the sun don't. Many turn to the passenger ferries, frequently coming in and out of the delightful small dock, to visit other areas of the island.
We travelled with first choice and I don't remember hardly ever seeing a rep especially when you needed them so first choice would get a thumbs down. For my family a week was enough and I doubt we'll return but we enjoyed our stay.
