Good Points

Nice location, beach, sea fantastic, oh sorry about the hotel NO GOOD POINTS AT ALL


Bad Points

Where do i start, poor food, some drinks were chargeable even the local selection (all inclusive?).


General Comments

My family and I visited this hotel/resort during the last week in April 08 for 1 week (thank goodness), I am sorry to say during our stay there we felt like a second class citizen, with everything being geared up for the Germans including the children's entertainment in the complex across the road. Meal times was confusing as they gave us times to eat, then changed them mid way through the week. The food was very poor and was little choice with some bizarre combinations of food ie. rice with shells? (Who eats shells?), chicken ribs? (yes chicken ribs) etc. Its the first time I have ever gone away in an all inclusive holiday and lost weight. The staff did not go out of their way to advertise snacks during the day as they were kept behind the bar. During our stay Vodka, Bacardi, Malibu (including the local alternatives) were chargeable. Some times it was difficult to obtain drinks and no alcohol was served during breakfast (come on your on holiday for gods sake!) On a more positive note the staff was polite and eager to help; our room was clean with a pleasant view of the pool. I felt that this hotel has got the potential to be very good, but could never deliver with this many disappointments and it must improve vastly to ever merit my return. The location of the hotel is good in relation to the shops and beach, which is fantastic with golden sands and aqua marine sea (one of the best I have ever been too). Overall the resort is excellent, stay at this hotel and just go for room only. In my opinion it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.
