General Comments

I say this from my experience and also on behalf of quite many friends - if you have dark circles and puffy eyes this cream will not help you. Given the price, a lot of people bought All About Eyes but I don't know any one who'd say they were happy with it. I tried All About Eyes Rich and would not buy again.
I am 27 and have zero wrinkles (yet) therefore I cannot tell whether it is effective in this respect. I also do not have sensitive eyes. But applying AAE made my eyes feel like swollen and I noticed I blink more and squint after putting it on. My mother who has sensitive eyes tried the cream and had to wash it off. Finally, I can see sort of a glittery film where I apply the cream and feel my skin tighten - in my opinion, that's OK only for a cream that presents itself as anti-wrinkle lifting treatment for mature skin. The overall verdict is thus unfortunately negative. I have a small daughter and since her birth I have dark circles. Not catastrophic but noticeable. In the morning I tend to have very puffy eyes. None of this improved with the use of AAE. It does moisturize but I'd say my face cream works just as well. I received samples for eye creams from Sisley, Eisenberg and have Bliss. I'd rather use any of these than AAE.
So here is the important advice: Don't base your decision on reviews or advertising only since everyone has a different reaction. Especially when it comes to eye cream, go and get a SAMPLE first!!!
Here is the second important advice: I would not recommend this cream. Save on lipsticks and shadows but invest in a good eye cream.
