Good Points

Does clean when it works!


Bad Points

Only used mine once and when I went to use it again water not steam poured out of the bottom, manufacturers have refused to replace the item and customer service department told me their best advice would be get SOMEONE I know to look at it!


General Comments

I would not buy anything from Pitchwell TV again as poor after sales, told them my HT824 steam mop did not work after only one use, they did give me the manufacturer's telephone number who told me it was not their problem but Pitchwells, after continuous phonecalls I have now given up, would advise people not to purchase from this company.
