Good Points

Price.

Bad Points

Loss of connection, very poor customer service, unhelpful, inaccurate billing. Not doing what they promised.

General Comments

Talk Talk fits the statement you get what you pay for. The complete Talk Service is extremely poor. I have spent at least in total 8 hours on the phone speaking or trying to speak to them in my eighteen month contract. I am glad its up I can move on. I am also in dispute with the help of OTELO after receiving bills for a closed account. My advice is: Stay away!
