General Comments
I used Vision Express for years to provide my eye care including tests, glasses and contact lenses.
Their service was always professional and helpful but my then-local branch, Reading, became increasingly busy and difficult to get a convenient appointment. It then became noicable that other companies were offering far cheaper products so I changed.
As long as you perform a competitive comparison, and can get an appointment when you need it, they seem to be pretty good.
