The Vespa LX50 is slow, so I upgraded to a 70cc cylinder and a go fast cam. Now she is great. I get 50+ MPH, and around 90MPG. I live in suburban Philadelphia and commute to New Jersey, and have enough speed to stay out of the range if the road rage-ers rushing to work. With the added rear rack, I have more than enough storage. The LX50 (70) is well balanced and easy to ride, furthermore, in this area, a Motor Cycle license is not required. I've had her more than a year and every ride is still exhilarating; and parking is never an issue. I wish I had gotten one sooner.
