Fun and a great way to lose weight and keep fit.
Music is a bit repetetitive and Charlie doesn't really say much!
I found Charlie Brooks, Before and After Workout in a charity shop for £1.99, what a bargain and so far it has been great! (The sound of loosing weight on 2 quid is fab! Beats any gym! But I don't quite know if you are meant to do the whole DVD twice a week or just snippets of it! I would be grateful to anyone who can give me their advice!
